ISPAR in Kyoto 2026

ISPAR members from around the world joined Japanese colleagues at the Kyoto International Conference Center for the JSA/WAO/APAPARI Joint Congress, held from 15–18 October 2026.

Two well-attended ISPAR plenary sessions, covering clinical practice and fundamental concepts in perioperative hypersensitivity, together with a strong program of abstract presentations, provided opportunities for scientific exchange, discussion and new connections across the international perioperative allergy community.

Our warm thanks go to ISPAR board member Professor Tomonori Takazawa, Department of Anaesthesiology, University of Toyama, for organizing the ISPAR sessions.

Thank you to everyone who travelled, presented and took part. We look forward to seeing you again at our next meeting.
